Arch goes the extra mile, with longer opening hours and opening on Sundays as well as Saturdays, allowing for more viewings. Being available after hours when applicants are more likely to be able to view a property prevents from losing that perfect tenant to another property that they were able to see.


Fee Payment Plan

Cash flow can be an issue for anyone and losing the first month's rent to agent fees can be a real problem for some Landlords. This is why at Arch we have developed a payment plan system where you can spread the cost of our fees over a three month period, so that you benefit from renting your property from month one.

Fair Fees

When the tenancy reaches its end and the tenant wishes to stay on, we don't believe in charging full fees to renew the tenancy, instead offering vastly reduced relet fees. We feel that where less work is involved by resigning a tenant, our fees should be ajusted accordingly.
