Arch provides all the pre-let services that you would expect from an estate agent but with a focus on providing quality and value for money for our clients, as well as speed, so that your property can be available to let as soon as possible.

A large part of our pre-let service is providing solid advice on areas that will impact on your letting the most. We are well versed in law and legislation, tax, and landlord’s legal responsibilities. Our realistic valuations are provided with a consideration of the likelihood and time required to achieve various rent levels. Presentation is also reviewed to ensure your property is fully optimised for letting.

We can advise on and arrange at no extra cost, essentials such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and gas safety certificates as well as electrical and fire safety checks. For deposit protection we use the Deposit Protection Service, a reliable and secure form of deposit protection.
